Fantastic Stay and Great Service!!!

Karina provided excellent customer service during check-in. I appreciated her willingness to listen and find the perfect suite with a lovely waterfront view. Danny also provided really good assistance with my luggage. The resort offers a beautiful setting, and my family is already planning a reunion here.
The dated aspects of the building are noticeable upon arrival.

The room was very clean and well kept with comfortable beds for a relaxing stay. There was ample space and storage for luggage and personal items, ensuring a clutter-free environment. I also found fresh towels and linens daily, alongside perfect housekeeping standards, excellent.

Ben at the front desk provided really good service. Jose created a new drink by the pool and it was AMAZING!!! Georgia arranged a ride to the airport smoothly. The staff demonstrated a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.

The food at the resort restaurants was worth the trip, with delicious options. I especially enjoyed the fresh seafood and local specialties available. Every meal was a good experience because of prompt and courteous service.

The hotel has a great location with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Restaurants and Belmont Park are within walking distance and I liked the sea, sand, and waves. This made for nice casual walks.

Really good Service and Beautiful Hotel

Our room was spacious and very clean. The view was lovely. I enjoyed getting coffee and sitting next to the seals. I watched them swim around. The venue had a sweet view too.
The hotel could benefit from a bit of updating in certain areas, but this did not significantly impact my overall stay. It was a very slight issue.

The staff was friendly and quite helpful. Ben at the front desk was amazing. He told us about many places we could see as a family and informed us about all the resort amenities. I certainly appreciated it.
